Daily Fees:

Two hunters and one professional hunter $450.00/person

One hunter and one professional hunter $550.00/person

Observers $200.00/person

Daily Rates Include:

* The full time services of a professional hunter and complete staff including trackers, skinners and camp staff.
* Full accommodation including all meals, soft drinks, linen and beer, wine and spirits in moderation.
* Well-equipped and maintained four wheel drive vehicles.
* Daily laundry.
* Field preparation of trophies.
* Transport to and from the nearest commercial airport.

Daily Rates Exclude:

* Value Added Tax (VAT) currently at 14%, payable on daily rates only.
* Accommodation prior to and after the safari.
* Trophy fees.
* Charter or other flights to and from hunting areas.
* Hire of firearms and ammunition.
* Dipping, packing and transporting of trophies to local or overseas destinations.
* Gratuities.
* Conservation levy of $10 per animal shot.

Terms and Conditions:

* A deposit of 50% of the total daily rates for the duration of the safari is required to confirm the booking.
* Balance of daily rates payable 60 days prior to commencement of the safari.
* All payments to be made in cash, travellers checks or certified bank drafts only.
* Trophy fees are payable on all animals killed or wounded and lost, prior to departure.
* Deposits are not refundable but by negotiation can be transferred or carried over to the following season.
* 14% Value Added Tax is payable on any animals wounded and lost, or not exported.
* All reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and good health of clients will be taken. However, no liability will be accepted for injury, loss or illness before, during or after the safari.
* Texas Safari Outfitters will recommend reliable taxidermists and/or shipping agents. Should you decide to use your own taxidermist and/or shipping agent no responsibility whatsoever will be accepted by Texas Safari Outfitters for any loss or damage occurring to your trophies prior to, during or after packing, shipping, tanning and/or mounting.
